Who We Are
In 2020, Co-Owners Tamara Morgan and Brandilyn Holdaway seized the perfect opportunity to create a progressive space for serious and talented stylists to call home thus CREATE.The Collective was established.
With the goal of providing an atmosphere where growth and evolution is encouraged, we offer both commission and booth rent options with a heavy emphasis on work/life balance and continued education. We show our stylists they are the core of our foundation offering a strong support system, substantial perks, training, other modalities of work to generate revenue such as our on-site team, growth opportunity assistance, and as always following our mission of providing an engaging, inclusive, creative, and inspiring space.

CREATE as a whole is committed to providing a welcoming and secure environment for all guests without prejudice, and strives to make services accessible regardless of age, race, gender or sexual orientation offering prices based on the services received rather than an individual’s demographic characteristics.
The Collective sets the standard of offering a professional, and comfortable salon experience where guests can unwind with a glass of wine or sparkling water and a collective goal to make every customer’s visit so enjoyable they feel compelled to share it with their friends.
